Wheatland Regional Centre Inc. of Rosetown, SK is seeking an Administrative Summer Student for full-time employment at Wheatland Regional Centre, Rosetown. The Administrative Summer Student is a summer contract position and reports to the Executive Director. The position will be tasked with administrative duties including the digitization of confidential records for Wheatland Regional Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain strict confidentiality on all private and confidential records and information.

• Scanning, labeling and digital filing of participant health records.

• Scanning, filing, and maintaining HR records.

• Filing, records maintenance, and other administrative duties.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the Executive Director.

• Ensure proper maintenance and care of the equipment, supplies, and work area.

• Maintain effective working relationships with residents and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A positive attitude and belief that persons with disabilities have the right and responsibility to define and pursue their life choices and pursue active participation and involvement in the community.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

• Must complete mandatory training.

• Able to use Microsoft 365 software

• Able to work in the office in Rosetown, SK.

• Candidates must be flexible and enthusiastic.

• Clean criminal record check.
